JOHNS, Fay (Valma Fay): 
Peacefully in the care of Hawthorndale Care Village. 18 June 2026, age 93. Beloved wife of the late Syd. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Anthony and Rosemary, Martin, Margaret, Susan and Jay, Helen and Dave Blanks. Proud Grandma of Kirstin, Steven, Regan, Heidi, Rory, Dylan, Emma, Kourosh, Jojo, Billy, Stacey, Briar, Lily, Cameron, Cole, Shannon, Sabin, Emma, and Maya.  Great-Grandma of Reid, Libby, Isabella, Matilda, Padraic, Joy, Abigail, Stella, Bear, Stevie, Bowie, Rolf, Dolores, Russell, Briar and Harry. SHAW, Lawrence Walter (1st September 1930):
Lawrence passed away peacefully on Monday 22nd June 2026, aged 95 years. Loved husband of June*. Loved father and father-in-law of Neville and Polly, Annette* (Wanaka), Fiona and Trevor Saunders (Riverton), Leone and Paul Schoenbaecher, and James* (Queenstown). Loved Granddad/Pop of Sarah, Penny, and Jackie, Monique*, Jesse, Rory, and Dean, Mandy, Michelle, and Joshua and his 21 great-grandchildren. Lawrence is joining his wife June, his Mum Jane, and Dad Peter who passed away this same date on 22 June 1976, along with his brothers and sister at Forest Hill Cemetery. In accordance with Lawrence's wishes a private interment has been held.
