Passed away peacefully at The Oaks Rest Home on Monday, December 23, 2019, aged 91 years. Cherished wife of the late Edward (Alan). Dearly beloved mum and mother-in-law of Linda and Renier, Judith (deceased), Barrie, and Paul (deceased). Loved Nana to Paul, and adored great-nana to her great-grandchildren Jayden, Devon and Ryleigh. Many thanks to Nelia, Noel and Zita for all your help and kindness to June. Messages to the Hair family c/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. In accordance with June’s wishes her body has been bequeathed to the Otago Medical School. A private cremation will be held at a later date.

Cherished father & father-in-law of Arthur & Gail (Mosgiel), Shona & the late Stephen Hurd, Margaret and (Hilda) & David Toole. Adored grandad of Carl, Jo & Gavin, Rodney & Kim; Rob & Leah, Nancy & Andrew; Kirsten; Amy & Daniel, Hamish & Nadia and Bridget. A service to celebrate Eddie’s life will be held in the Peacehaven Chapel on Thursday 9th January 2020, at 1pm followed by an interment at the Eastern Cemetery. On January 6, 2020, unexpectedly, in the ICU, Dunedin Hospital; in her 83rd year. Dearly loved wife of the late Willis, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Ross and Tania, Greg and Wendy, and Joanne and Jason (Gore), loved Nana of Hayley, Anji, Sophie, Emma; Sian, Tessa, Matthew; Renee, Aaron, and Jake, a loved great-Nana, and also a special friend of Bev and the late Clive Wilson (Invercargill), and their families. A service for Heather will be held in Campbell and Sons Chapel, 95 Gordon Road, Mosgiel, at 2.00pm on Friday, January 10, followed by private cremation.
