Passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at the Otago Community Hospice; aged 76 years, leaving behind his sister Everyl, loving wife Rosemary and their children; Phillip and wife Kelly, Sonya, Steven and wife Donna, their grandchildren Christopher and wife Laurie, Blair and Sydney, Toby and Rory, and their great-grandchildren Olivia and Isaac.
