After a courageous battle following a short illness on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, surrounded by family and friends at Christchurch Hospital, aged 50 years. Most gorgeous wife and loving soulmate of Carl. Adoring second mum to Chris and Jillian, Alice and Matt, Jacob and Gemma. Daughter of George and Val of Ashburton, sister to Scott and Paul and sister-in-law to Anna. Aunty to Georgie and Tamsin. Also sister-in-law to Forrest and Nicola McLeod, aunty to Cameron and Bianca, Katie and Keiran, and loving companion of Louie the Wonder Dog! Peacefully at Bainfield Park Residential Care Home, Invercargill, on Saturday, August 3, 2019, aged 98 years. Dearly loved wife of Bill*. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Diane and Jim Walton (Cromwell), and Janice Margaret*. Loved grandma and great-grandma of Jane and Jeremy, Rose, Kate and Nicholas, Sarah and Joe, Zach and Alice, Victoria and Pauline. FLYNN, Natalie (Nat) (nee Toneycliffe). 19.5.1928 – 5.8.2019
Peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Much loved wife and devoted soulmate of Des for 62 years. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Kevin and Gae, the late Gary and Val, Colin and Joanne. Suddenly at Southland Hospital on Monday, August 5, 2019, aged 82. Loved son of the late Robert and Catherine Malone. Loved cousin of Jack and Zita Malone (Hedgehope), and John and Catherine Murphy (Winton). A service for Robert will be held in St Theresa’s Catholic Church, Perth Street, on Thursday, August 8, at 1.30pm. Private interment at the Eastern Cemetery to follow.
