Peacefully in the care of Hospice Southland on Thursday, 17th February 2022, aged 74 years. Dearly beloved wife of Peter Fowler, much loved mother of Sarah and Andrew. A loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt. A private funeral was held on Monday, 21 February at the Southland Crematorium.

Passed away peacefully at Peacehaven on Saturday, February 19, 2022, aged 72 years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret. Loved father of Lyndon and Dana. Peacefully after a short illness, Rona gently passed away on Sunday February 20, 2022. At her home in Riverton surrounded in love by her family. Loved daughter of the late Mary and Kenneth Turner. Dearly loved wife of the late Spencer Morrison, his children and extended family. Wife of the late Bill Haig and loved mother of Billy and Jules, Steven and the late Hiria, Tony and Helen, Richard and Jan, Milton and Angelique and the late Martin. Loved and cherished grandmother of Trinity and Caitlin; Christina, Kellyanne and Rona; Oakley, Tyson and Vincent; Morgan, Ashley, Pretoria, James and Taimoana; Molly and Lily and loved Great Grandmother of her 13 Great Grandchildren. Dearly loved Aunty of Lyle and Ron Watson and family and her extended Taranaki whanau. A special thanks to the Longwood Resthome for the kindness and care they extended to Rona and her family during her time there. Rona is resting at home with her boys and a private service will be held due to Covid Restrictions. Once the border is open and we can all be together we will celebrate Rona’s life together then.
