BROWN, Jeanette Eileen:
(Retired Teacher), Peacefully in the care of Vickery Court with her loving family at her side, on Tuesday 19 July 2022; aged 92 years. Dearly loved and devoted wife of the late Bill. Dearly loved Mum of Ian and Lynette (Wanaka), the late Barbara, Donald, Dick and Judy (Queenstown), Jill and Stu (Alexandra). Much loved and adored Grandma of Kate and Stu, Nicola and Simon, Tim and Chrissy, Emma; Craig and Stacey, Ben and Tiahna; and Jessica, a much loved Great Grandma of Hudson, Arlo; Charlotte, Hamish; Ivy, and Georgie, loved sister-in-law of Liz and families. A memorial service to celebrate Jeanette’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street Invercargill on Saturday 23 July at 11.00am. GARDEN, Kay (nee Rosborough):
Passed away peacefully with family at her side on Friday, July 15, 2022. Loving Mum of Karina and Howie Namana, Riechelle and Greg Keen, loved Nan of Ari and Tane; Finnlay, and Xander, and GG of her four great-grandchildren. Long time friend of Paul and Ellie, Kay’s fur baby. A loving sister, sister-in-law, aunty and friend of many. A family cremation service has been held and a memorial service will be held later. Passed away peacefully at Redcliffe Hospital, (Queensland Australia) on Friday July 15, 2022 three days short of her 80th Birthday. Dearly loved wife and best friend to Don Kennedy for 61 years. Loved mother and mother-in law to Peter and Cindy Kennedy (Invercargill), Tim and Lorelle Kennedy (Queensland), Michael and Karen Kennedy (Perth), Brian and Leanne Kennedy (Queensland), and Tony and Glenda Kennedy (Invercargill). Loved daughter of Harry* and Mary Roff*, sister of Graeme* and Barbara Roff, Bernadine, lan* and Allan Alexander, loved Nana, Great Nana, Aunty and friend to many. KITTO-SMITH, Ethan James:
15.2.1999 – 18.7.2022
Sadly, after a mighty battle, Ethan passed away on Monday; aged 23 years. Dearly adored son of Sharon, Nathan and step-son of Nikki. Very loved little brother of Chonny, Jessica, and Kaitlin. Loved big brother to Eli, and Emma. Loved grandson of Margaret and the late Murray Kitto, the late Russell and Heather Smith, and Carol and Eric McDowell. Much loved Uncle to his nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Ethan’s life will be held in the Gore Town and Country Club Stadium, Bury Street, on Friday, July 22, at 1.00pm, followed by private cremation. McCULLOCH, Margaret Noelene (Noelene):
Peacefully, on Monday, July 18, 2022 at Rowena Jackson Retirement Village; in her 90th year. Dearly loved wife of Dave, much loved mother of Dawne, Karen, Kerry, Jan and John. Loved Nanny of 12 grandchildren and great-Nanny of 16 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held at J Fraser & Sons’ Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, on Sunday, July 24, at 2.00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to go to the Hospice. The family give their heartfelt thanks to all the staff who cared for Noelene at Rowena Jackson’s.

SINCLAIR, Pearl Jean Nathan (Dundon):
Peacefully, at Resthaven Village, on Saturday, July 16, 2022, aged 96 years. Loved wife of the late John Byers, wife of the late Robert Sinclair, loved and cherished mother, and mother-in-law of the late Christine (Tina) and Jean Smale, loving grandmother to Aaron, Heidi, and Jaimee. As per Pearl’s wishes a private cremation will be held. Special thank you to the staff at Resthaven Village for taking such good care of Pearl. SULLIVAN, Bernadette Maria (nee Tourelle):
Peacefully on Saturday, July 16, 2022 in Cromwell; aged 93 years. A beautiful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Wife of the late John for 53 years. Treasured and adored mother to Francis, Anne-Marie O’Donahue, Janiene Bayliss, Peter, Anthony, Michael, Rosemarie Penno, John, and Michelle. A cherished grandmother to Tim; Anita, Brigid, Matt, Francis, James; Rachael, Tamiko; Kiri, Remy; Katie, James; Kim, Megan, Grant, Phillip; and Michael.
