Suddenly, at her home, Fernhill, on Monday, November 14, 2022. Dearly loved wife of Lyall for 52 years, loved mother, mother-in-law and Granny of Carey and Renee, and Van; Dalice and Drew. A service to celebrate Ann’s life will be held at Lake Hayes Pavilion, on Saturday, November 19, at 2.00pm, private cremation to follow. Messages to [email protected]

MUIRHEAD, Merle Janette:
Peacefully with her children by her side at Southland Hospital on Friday, November 11, 2022. Dearly loved wife of the late Robert, much loved and loving mother and mother-in-law of Nicola Richardson, Jo-anne and Michael Patton, Barbara and Chris Mulholland and Mark and Sonia Muirhead. A cherished Mumma of Matthew, Andrew and Phillip, Sophie, Emma and Claudia, Karl and Samuel and Piper. As per Merle’s wishes a private service has been held. SCOTT, Ellen Ann Stewart (Ann):
Ann’s long journey with MND ended peacefully on Saturday 12th November 2022, aged 85 years. Ann was the loved daughter of Dick* and Nancy* Bartlett, and loved wife of Bob* Scott. Much loved mother of Jeremy and Jill, Sue and Nevin, Roger, Tristram and Tracy. Loved and admired sister of Glenn and Judy, Jim and Lesley, Brian and Elizabeth, Richard and Gwenda. A much adored nana and grandma to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. We are very grateful to mum’s other family, the wonderful staff at Vickery Court, who have cared for mum so well for the past 3 years. A service to celebrate Ann’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel 75 Fox Street Invercargill on Saturday 19th October at 1pm. Private cremation to follow.
