ADDIE, Wendy May (Wendy Strang) 9/7/48 – 3/9/18
After a battle with cancer Wendy lost her fight and passed away peacefully at Mater Palliative Care Hospital in Mackay, Queensland in the early hours of Monday 3 September 2018. Wendy will be missed by many and most especially by her children, their spouses and her grandchildren; David, Robyn and Max (Ballarat), Dean, Kirsten, Tom and Rosa (Invercargill), Kirk, Lynette, Jessica and Jasmine (Queenstown) and Darren, Robyn, Mick, Rhys, Rochelle, Caryn and Mark (Mackay) A service will be held in Mackay, Queensland on Monday 10 September 2018. Wendy’s ashes will be brought back home to Invercargill and a special ceremony will be held to celebrate her life in November (announced later)

SWAN, Jenifer Ann. Peacefully in Brisbane, Australia on August 3, 2018. Aged 79 years. Loved husband of Leslie*. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Murray and Heidi. Loved sister of Doug Lindsay*, John Lindsay*, Bill Lindsay*, Robert Lindsay* and Graeme Lindsay. The friends of Jenifer are invited to join together for a memorial service and interment of her ashes which will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at the Garden of Rest, Southland Crematorium, commencing at 1.00pm. Belesky, Eileen Teresa (nee Watson). Passed away peacefully on Thursday 30th August at Auckland hospital surrounded by those she loved. Beloved wife of Geoff Belesky, much loved mum (Ollie Ice Cream) of Mark and Sharon McLaughlan and family, Reece & Kerry McLaughlan and family, Nic & Pete Leonard and family. A service to celebrate Eileen’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox St, Invercargill on Tuesday 4 September, at 10am. Followed by a private interment. ROBBIE, Donald Alexander. Don passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the Peacehaven team on Friday, August 31, 2018. Late of Drummond and Oamaru. Dearly loved husband of the late Wynnis, and friend of Ann Fox (USA). Loved father and father-in-law of Peter and Ann (Ryal Bush), Nancy Robbie (Wellington). Loved Pop of Stewart, Douglas and Logan Robbie. Granddad of Jared, Kevin, Jeremy, Morgan, Rohan, Evan and Ella. Great-Granddad of six. A service celebrating Don’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 4, at 1.30pm, in J Fraser and Sons’ Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill.
