MELVIN, Leona Joyce. Passed away peacefuly at Ascot Care home on Monday, October 1, 2018, aged 88. Deary loved wife of the late Athol William. Loved and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Graeme and Annette; Anne and Russell Croft; Joy and Nathan Dodd. Precious grandma of Natasha and Brennan, Nicky, Sarah and Simon, and Ted. Dearly loved daughter of the late Bob and Minnie McDonald. Loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Olwyn and Doug Crighton; the late Ronnie and Rae McDonald. Loved sister-in-law of the late Joyce and Lance McDonald; Valma and the late Willy Johnstone; the late Margaret and Roy Herbert; Ross and the late Vera; the late Hazel and Don Burton; Dorothy and Lew Youngman. Loved Aunty of all her nieces and nephews. A service for Leona will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, corner Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 1.30pm. GEERLINGS, Beryll. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 30, 2018. Now in the arms of Jesus, aged 73 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Piet, loved Mum of Martyn and Karen, Glenda and Michael, Luke and Rebekah, Theresa and Reuben, and Peter, and loved Grandma of her 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
