Peacefully passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022, at Ascot Care Home, aged 75years. Loved and devoted wife of the late Ewan. Loved and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Vanessa and Chris Broad and Shirley and Brett Gregory. Much loved Nan of Jordan, Micah and Chloe. Respected friend of Brent McFadzien. Loved eldest daughter of the late Jack and Iris Pont. Loved sister of John, Ray, Merle and Neil King, Trevor and Graeme and Olivia Pont. Loved sister-in-law of Russell*, June* and Douglas MacKenzie*. McWILLIAM, Isabella ‘Jean’:
Passed away peacefully on 23 December 2022 at Malvina Major Retirement Village, aged 79. Dearly loved wife the late John. Loved mother of Nigel and Ange, Bevan and Wynter, and Leona and Daniel. Loved grandmother of Lachie, Hamish and Josh; Holly and Lucy. Special thanks to the staff at Malvina Major for their care and attention of Jean over the past two years. Unexpectedly at Southland Hospital, Invercargill, on Friday, December 23, 2022. Aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband, friend and soulmate of Margaret in their 70th year of marriage. Loved and treasured Mum of Kibbana Seipolt, cherished daughter of Fred and Kay (Tapanui); and Margaret and David Katon (Mataura); loved sister and sister-in-law of Kara and Aie Mill (Mataura), Janna and Aaron Martin (Sydney), and special “Bestie” of Ebony, Jazzy J, and Ange (all of Queenstown). A service to celebrate Ree’s life will be held at the Lake Hayes Pavilion, 719 Gibbston Highway, Lake Hayes, Queenstown, on Wednesday, December 28, at 11.00am, followed by interment at Mataura Cemetery at 4.00pm. TINKER, Patrice Yvonne:
Of Alexandra. Passed away peacefully at home on December 25, 2022. Loved soulmate of the late John (JJ). Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Shane and Jenny; and Luana and Chris. Devoted Nana and Great-Nana of Summer and Dannika; and Mackenzie and Jaxon. A celebration of Patrice’s life will be held in Affinity Funeral Home, at 143A Centennial Avenue, Alexandra, on Wednesday, January 4, at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
