ANDERSON, Peter George. Of Bluff. Passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Loved best friend of Karen; loved and respected step-dad of Shane and Jimmy. A farewell to honour Pete will be held at his home in Bluff on Friday, October 26, at 1.00pm, followed by private cremation. Respectfully cared for by J Fraser & Sons Ltd F.D.A.N.Z.

SHAND, Leta Joan (Joan). Passed away peacefully at her home, Granger House, Greymouth, on October 18, 2018, aged 88. Dearly loved wife of the late Mick, loved mother and mother-in-law of Michael and Kaye, Margaret Power, and Chris and Sandra, loved nana of her seven grandchildren and her four great-grandchildren, a loved sister and sister-in-law of Jack (deceased) and Jan Priest, and the late Marion and Eric Sapwell, a loved aunty, cousin, a dear friend of Cocky, and Joe, and a friend of many. Tragically taken too soon on Lake Wakatipu on Friday, October 19, 2018. Dearly loved and best friend of Sue, treasured Dad and best mate of Brad and Steph, Kris, Ricky and Jo. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Peter and Margo, Craig and Bev, Ken and Jan, Jenny and Stan, Greg and Barbara, Kaye and John, and loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. Great friend of Jayne and Henry, and Uncle to Richard and Anna, Renee and Josh. Funeral will be held in Queenstown with details to follow.
