Unexpectedly and peacefully at home, Greenfield, on Monday, March 21, 2022. Loved husband of Nanette, loved Dad, father-in-law and Pop of Karl and Tanya, Maya, and Rose (Cromwell); Jacqui and Chris, and Charlotte Henderson (Dunedin); Calvin and Ebony, Lucas, and Joel (Gore). Loved brother and brother-in-law and loved Uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A private family gathering will be held. Special thanks to the Clydevale Fire Brigade. Passed away peacefully after a hard fought battle on Saturday, March 19, 2022. Loving Mum of Mathew, Kelly, Melissa and Matt. Adored “Nanny” of Ethan, Aliyah; Donte, Bayle, Elly; Lucas and Isaac. A loving friend to many. Sue is resting at 720 Queens Drive. “Rest Easy Beautiful Lady” A service to celebrate Susan’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill on Wednesday, March 23 at 1.30pm. Interment at the Eastern Cemetery to follow. Due to the current Covid restrictions attendance will be limited to 100. Peacefully at Southland Hospital, on Sunday 20th March 2022; aged 95 years. Dearly loved wife of late Peter Mallon. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Fran and John Baird, Gillian and Ken* Dixon, Lesley and Michael Ford (Whakatane), Steven*,
Paul and Lyn* (Christchurch), Barbara and Charlie Palmer (Sydney), a much loved Grandmother to all her grandchildren. A service for Doris will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Thursday 24 th March at 10.30am, with interment to follow at the Eastern Cemetery. Suddenly and unexpectedly with Val by his side. Dearly loved by Val Whicker. Loved father, father-in-law, and Granda, of Rachel McFetridge, Danny, James, and Thomas Lynskey; Sarah, Dean, Julia, Luke, and Alice Harvey. Loved stepfather and ‘Bob’ of Laura Whicker, Paul Scrimgour, Emma, Tim, Henry, and Patrick Begg, and James Scrimgour; and Aaron Whicker. Eileen died peacefully at Parata Rest Home, Gore, on Sunday, March 20, 2022, in her 102nd year. Loved wife of the late Kevin (Digger), loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Marilyn, Michael and Ronnie (WA), Denis and Heather, Mary-Ann (Christchurch), Peter and Jenni (Invercargill), and cherished and much loved Nana Eil of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, Ardwick Street, Gore, on Saturday, March 26 at 1.30pm, then leaving for Gore Cemetery, Crewe Street.
