Jim passed away peacefully at Cargill Rest Home on Saturday July 18, 2020. Aged 91 years. Loved husband of the late Betty. Loved father and father-in-law of Paula and Eddie Parsons; Jan and Dec Walsh (Wellington). Loved Pop of Tina, the late Allan Parsons, Erin and Joe Walsh. Loved great grandfather of Aliesha and Allamea. Loved Jim to his nieces and nephews. Jim’s life will be celebrated in J Fraser and Sons chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, at 11am, on Wednesday July 22. Private cremation to follow. KING, Cheryl Jean (nee Carlaw):
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family after a short and courageous battle at Hospice Southland, on Saturday, July 18, 2020. Dearly loved wife of Phillip. Dearly loved mother of Michael, Melanie and her partner Tony. Loved grandmother of Brooklyn, Maddison, and Allan. Very much loved daughter of Avis and Sydney*. Loved and precious sister and sister-in-law of Rosslyn and Steve Innes, Marie and Gary, Peter and Jannette, and loved sister-in-law of Mary and Doug Symons, John* and Heather*, and Helen. Peacefully at Clare House, Invercargill. On Saturday July 18, 2020. In his 92 nd year. Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Dorothy for 66 years.
