Steve died peacefully at home with his family all around him on Sunday, December 19, 2021. Best friend and husband of Fiona, very adventurous and special dad to Elin and Jesse, Ceri and Tony and Seren. Adored dadcu to little Laura. Much loved son of Jean and Jeff (Port Talbot Wales), special brother of Mike and Sue, Angelina and Gareth, Anna and Mark (all of Port Talbot, Wales). Loved and respected brother-in-law of Ali and Trish King, Sheena and Joe Pottinger, Eric and Paula King (all of Te Anau), Russell and Theresa King, Graham and Linda King, Peter and Sandra King, Rob and Pam King (all from Australia), and a fun loving uncle to his many treasured nieces and nephews. On December 18, 2021, peacefully at Gisborne Hospital, Gisborne with her family. Loved wife of the late Bill. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Langley and Iscah, Beth, Suzanne, and Alasdair. Loved Nan of her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at Evans Chapel, Ormond Road, Gisborne, at 3.00pm, on Wednesday, December 22. Loved daughter-in-law of the late Christina and Michael Kerr, loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Noeline, the late Shirley and Felix O’Driscoll, the late Sister Betty RSM, Margaret Newton and the late Les, and the late Michael McManus, Lin and Ann and the late Denise Thomson, and the late Brian and a loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews.

NZ Air Force 408 and Mechanical Branch NZ Railways. Passed away at Clare House on December 15, 2021. Peacefully, surrounded by family and the very caring staff of Ribbonwood Country Home, Tapanui, on Sunday, December 19, 2021, aged 98 years. Loved wife of the late Dales, much loved mother of Helen and Phil Morris (Mosgiel), Shirley and Alan Chisholm (Frankton), Alison and Ian Rutherford (Clyde), Jude and Neil Morrison (Arrowtown), Glenys and Bill Whitaker (Alexandra), Jeff and Margie Rea (Crookston), and the late Russell. A very special Grandma of her 17 grandchildren and their partners as well as her 26 great-grandchildren and a special friend of William and Mairi Heenan (Scotland).
