After a short illness. Aged 82 years. Dearly loved son of the late Arnold and Elsie, and a much loved friend of many. A gathering to celebrate Bruce’s life will be held at Club Southland, Leet Street, Invercargill, on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 3.00pm. A private cremation has been held.

MACDONALD, Donald William: Passed away peacefully with his loving wife Henriline by his side. Cherished father of Jill, Shane*, and Maree. Loving Grandad to his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Passed away peacefully on Monday, January 31, 2022, at Resthaven, Gore. Loved husband of Evelyn for 62 years. Respected and loved father and father-in-law of Craig and Vicki, Peter and Colleen, much loved Grandad of Pippa, and Libby, and step-Grandad to Ryan, and Liam. PIERCY, Nancy Mae (nee Naylor):
Passed away in her 90th year on Monday, January 31, 2022. Beloved wife of Geoff for 66 years. Devoted and much loved mother of Karen Piercy, Kerri de Ruyter, Robyn McLeod and their partners, Mark, Grant, and Lenard. Much loved grandmother of Baylie, Brandon, Nathan, Grayson, Tarryn, Kendrah, their partners Luke, Kelly, Courtney, Daniel, Chris and her 5 great-grandchildren. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Alan and *Betty Naylor, *John and *Cecily Naylor, *Max and Alison Naylor, *Julie and Barrie Barber, *Bob and *Ann, and Kathleen Anne Piercy. Special thanks to the staff of Southland Hospital Medical Ward. A service to celebrate Nancy’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill on Friday, February 4, at 2.00pm. A private cremation to follow.
