It is with much sadness and extreme sorrow that we advise Chris passed away suddenly on August 14, 2020. Adored wife of Jill Moser, best mum ever to her children Tony, Devon and Lilly Curtis, second mums’ to Christopher, Warren, Bryce* and Alisha Moser, and Granny to her very special boys Cody, Oscar and Dylan.
Chris has left a massive hole in our hearts and lives.

In his 73 year (suddenly) on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at his home, Gore. Dearly loved father of Scott (Gore), Adam and Kelly (Oamaru), and loved Pop of Samuel. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Jack* Glenn (Tokonui), Marian* and Charlie Wyndham (Balclutha), Jean* and Jerry* Schreck (Illinois, USA), Heather Hood and Bill Klein (Gore), Barry* and Margaret Dowell (Oamaru), June* Pay (Gore), Averil and Tubby Hopkins (Dunedin), a loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Don’s Life will be held in the Esplin Room, Gore Town and Country Club, Bury Street, Gore, on Friday, August 21 at 1.30pm, followed by private cremation. (Attendees are by invitation only due to Covid-19 restrictions). In lieu of flowers, donations may be left at the service for Hokonui St John Ambulance. Peacefully passed away in the care of Lister Home, Waimate on Friday, 14 th August 2020, aged 89 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Bert and partner of Bob. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Graham and Margaret, Marie, Lynda, and Allister. Adored Grandmother of all her Grand, Great and Great Great Grandchildren. A loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt of the Hodges and Cubitt families. A service to celebrate Mavis’ life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Tuesday, 18 th August at 11:00am, the service will conclude with the interment at the Eastern Cemetery. A service to celebrate Snow`s life will be held in the Lindisfarne Community Church, Cnr Lindisfarne and Miller Streets, Invercargill on Thursday 20th August 2020 at 11am, followed by a burial at the Eastern Cemetery.
