Of Palmerston North. On Monday, July 15, 2019, peacefully, after a battle with cancer, aged 80 years. Beloved wife of Ray (deceased). Much loved mother of Barbara and Paul, Mark and Freeda, Paul and Karen, Gail and Gregg Ward, Matthew, Joan and Steve Bromley, Eileen Evans-McKean and Troy McKean. A loving Grandma, Nana and Great-Grandma. Dear sister of Moira Bell (Invercargill). Messages to the Evans family, C/- 167 John F Kennedy Drive, Palmerston North 4414. MacKENZIE, John Edward.
(of Waipahi). Surrounded by family, on Saturday, 13 July 2019, in his 80th year. Loving husband of Marion, dearly loved Dad and father-in-law and Grandad to Mark and Margaret (Waipahi), Paula and Brad, Veronica, John and Sabrina, and Anna; Gary and Karen (Gore), Corina and Don, Lachlan and Scott; Chris and Haley (Queenstown), Alex and Molly. Thanks to Dr Chatterjee and the staff at Southland Hospital. A farewell to celebrate John’s life will be held at Gore Town and Country Club, Bury Street, Gore on Thursday, 18 July at 2.30pm. McDONALD, John Roderick.
Aged 75, of Otautau (formerly of Five Rivers). Passed on July 15, 2019. Dearly loved husband of Elizabeth (nee Whyte). Loving father and father-in-law of Grant and Sally, Janine and Aaron Sutherland, Graeme and Michelle. Much loved Grandad of Christina, Sarah, Daniel, Thomas, Jayden, and Sophie; Levi, Summer and Jacob; and Jessica. A service of celebration for John will be held in Harvestfield Church, 497 Herbert Street, Invercargill on Thursday, July 18, at 11.00am, followed by private cremation. WOOD, Frances Morrah.
Passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved wife for 67 years of Bryan and a very much loved and respected Mum of Russell and Loretta, Graeme and Kaye, and Barbara and Geoff, and loved Nana of Jamie and Tess, Daniel and Stephanie, Mitchell, Sandelle, Leon and Geena, and Great-Nana of Oliver.
