BUCKINGHAM, Leeanne Marie (nee Stratford):
On Sunday 13th March 2022; aged 54 years. Peacefully surrounded by her family at home, after a year long journey with cancer. Dearly loved partner of Craig Brown; loved and cherished Mother and Mother-in law of Hamish and Hannah, Morgan and Annika; and Grandma to Harriet. Much loved and treasured eldest daughter of Stewart and Jean Stratford; loved sister, sister-in-law and Aunt to Vicky, Steve and Ryan Paul, Daryl, Carmen, Regan and Kelvin Stratford, Katrina, Fergus, Emma, Anna and Libby Templeton. Adored and loved by the Stratford, Lamb, Buckingham and Brown extended families. Our heartfelt thanks to all of the medical specialists and Hospice nurses for their respect and care given to Leeanne over the last year. Due to Covid restrictions, there will be a private service to be held on Thursday 17th March 2022 at 2pm. Passed away peacefully at Middlepark Rest Home on Friday, March 11, 2022; aged 95 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Fred. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Barry and Julie (Christchurch), and Keith and Rachael (Invercargill). Loved gran of Graeme and Hayley, Darren and Mia, Katie and Nigel, the late Angela, and Olivea and Milly. Loved great-gran of Hannah, Abbey and Lucas. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Morris and Pat, and Shirley (dec) and Jim (dec), Gordon (dec), Joan (dec), and Doug Buchanan (dec). Loved Aunty of Kevin and Peter.

Peacefully at Vickery Court, on Sunday, March 13, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife and best friend of the late Solomon Anthony (Tony), and much loved mother and mother-in-law of Ann and Allan McWilliam, Helen and Dave Ward, Mark and Debbie Carran. Loved grandmother and great-grandmother of Shannon, Charlotte, Jacob, Lucas, Oarey, Holly, Noah, Oliver, Theo, Curin and Hayley. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Ray Pahl and the late Janice, Helen Doyle, the late Tommy Gutsell, the late Myrtle and Wattie Black, the late David and Nancy, John and the late Evelyn, Michael and Colleen, the late Noel and Noeline, Gordon, Chris and Helen, Peter, Kevin, Maurice. Loved Aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the loving and caring staff and residents of Vickery Court. A service for Alice will be held in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, North Road, Invercargill, at 1.00pm, on Thursday, March 17, with interment to follow at Riverton Cemetery at approximately 3.00pm. REES-MACPHERSON, Patricia Mavis (Trish):
On March 11, at Clutha Views Lifecare; aged 66 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Morgan Rees, and the late Duncan MacPherson, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Bridget and Ross Lowry, Jason and Dee Rees, Arron and Linda Rees, Shane and Bryan, and a cherished Nana of her 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, loved sister, sister-in-law, aunty, and friend to many. A service of farewell for Trish will be held on Friday, March 18, at 1.00pm in our Chapel, 12 James Street, Balclutha, followed by a private cremation. A Vaccine Passport will be required to attend. Due to Covid restrictions ‘Red’ numbers are limited to 100.
