Australian Regular Army LCPL No. 13517. On Friday July 10, 2020, Laurie passed away peacefully at his home. Much loved by his two Trans-Tasman families and the local Bluff community. A farewell service for Aussie will be held at 2.00pm, this Friday, July 17, at the Bluff RSA.

Passed peacefully with his family at Southland Hospital. Loved son of Arthur* and Brenda* Davis. Brother and brother-in-law to Gwyneth and Neilson* Leach, Beverly and Raymond* McCall, Eric* Davis, Joan and John Ducrot, Allan and Carol* Davis. Uncle to his many nieces and nephews.

Passed away peacefully after a very long and hard-fought battle on July 13 th , aged 75 years surrounded by family and close friends. Devoted and loving wife of Lex. Much loved mother of Mark*, Christine and Andrew, Stephen and Sabrina, Nigel and Samantha and very special friend of Keri and Lance Pirini. Forever loving Nana to Mark, Takoda, Maisie, and Reggie. Loved Aunty to all her nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Wendy’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel on Thursday 16th July at 2pm. Staff Sgt Number 15811, 2NZEF. Passed away with his daughter holding his hand, at Resthaven Village, Gore, on Monday, July 13, 2020, in his 104th year. Much loved husband of the late Gwendoline, much loved father and father-in-law of *Glenda and *David Knowles, and Cheryl Marshall (Gore), and friend of Paul Duncan, much loved “Noel” of Wade, and Brad Knowles; Gemma Miller, and Kerran Graeve, and their partners, loved great-Grandad Noel of Macie Knowles; Briar, and Jette Miller; Walter, and Abigail Knowles; and Elise Graeve. A service for Noel will be held in the RSA Function Room on Friday, July 17, at 2.30pm, followed by interment at Charlton Park Cemetery. Passed away peacefully at Rowena Jackson Retirement Village, Invercargill, on Sunday, July 12, 2020, aged 90 years (formerly of Crookston, West Otago). Much loved wife of the late Jack, much loved Mum and mother-in-law of John and Andrea (Balclutha), Susan and Peter Fenemor (Tapawera), Peter and Maree (Garston), loved grandma of Emma and Kirk, Kate and George, Hannah and Nick, Amy and Todd, Jonathan and Abby, Jaimee and Rhys, Claudia, Bridget, Henry, Anthony, and Nicholas, a much loved great-grandma to her 8 great-grandchildren.
