Of Invercargill, aged 90 years. Passed peacefully on Monday 13 April 2020. Dearly loved husband of Noelene for 63 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of the late Garry, Kenneth and Ngaire (Perth), Robyn and Geoff McLeod, Brett, Lynley and Kevin Dackers, the late Wendy, and the late Peter Lockett. Loving Grandad and Great-Grandad of all his many grand and great-grandchildren. Loved brother of his many brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be notified after the lockdown has been lifted. HORTON, Denis Allan:
It is with much sadness that we advise the passing of our husband, Father and Pop, aged 59 suddenly at home at Makarewa on the 12th April. Loved husband and soulmate of Michele, beloved father of Kelly and Tony Dinkelaar (Balclutha), Jess (Makarewa), Aleisha Horton and Brett Henwood (Mataura).  Cherished Pop of Indie and Rocco Dinkelaar. MCALLISTER, Jean:
Peacefully at Ascot Care Home on Monday, April 13, 2020, aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Samuel McAllister.  Loved and cherished mother to Shaun & Hera, Jayne & Ewan, Adrian & Jacqui. Loved and adored granny to Hayden (Christchurch) Hamish & Dee (Te Anau) Andrew (Stockholm), Gemma and Ryan (Invercargill). Loved aunt to Marilyn and to all of her nieces and nephews here and abroad.  Special thanks to the staff at Ascot Care Home/Hospital for their loving care of mum, grandma over the past years. WRIGHT, Lorna Ellen (nee Lewis):
Passed away peacefully in the company of her husband on April 10, 2020, aged 80. Much loved wife of (Jack) John Desmond Wright for 62 years, loved mother of Darrell, Graham (estranged), and the late Paul, and much loved by her grandson Christopher. Formerly of Wyndham (Southland) and resident of Oamaru since 1979. A very special thanks to Jackie, her caregiver, whom she thought of as a friend. Many thanks to the staff at Sandringham House for their genuine care of Mum in her time there. A grateful thank you to Rose and Janeen at Whitestone Funerals, for making Mum’s departure that much easier with their professional care and attention. Goodbye Mum.
