GREEN, George Ernest (Ernie):
Peacefully at Hospice Southland, on Sunday, September 11, 2022, aged 78 years. Very much loved husband of the late Linda, loved Dad and father-in-law of Robert and Raewyn (Wyndham), Margaret and Phillip (Mataura), Marie and Ajay (Balfour), Richard and Lisa (Mataura), and doting Grandad and Pops of 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Ernie’s life will be held in Southern Funeral Home Chapel, 106 Hokonui Drive, Gore, on Friday, September 16 at 1.00pm, followed by interment at Charlton Park Cemetery. MOORE, Diane Donna:
Passed away peacefully, at Windsor Park Care Home, on Monday, September 12, 2022, aged 77 years. Loving wife to Terry, cherished and adored mother and mother-in-law of the late Katherine, Keri and Janice Makiri, Donna and Jason Drummond, Patricia and Mark Morton (all of Christchurch), Bridget and Richard Merritt (Australia), Gary and Mellissa Moore (Australia), Karen, Tina, Tracey (all of Florida) and loved Grandma and great-Grandma. RIDDELL, Jan Marie QSM (née Budge):
At home on Saturday 10 September 2022 aged 67, after a prolonged and stoic battle with cancer. Dearly loved wife and soulmate of Dave and dearly loved mum of Emma. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Carolyn and Otto Schmid and Sally and Lance Hammond. Loved aunt of André and Louise, Anna, Nicole, Ben and Brooke, great aunt of Maelie and loved friend to many. In accordance with Jan’s wishes a private cremation will be held. Special thanks to the district nurses who looked after Jan so well.

With Snow holding her hand Hazel passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 11, 2022, in the loving care of Longwood Rest Home, Riverton. Loved wife of John (Snow) of 69 years, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Alan and Ronnie (Australia), Leigh and Linley (Riverton), and Stephen (Australia), loved Grandma of Rebecca, Megan; Jordan, Mitchell, and Lachlan and great-Grandma of Harriet, Charlie, and William. A graveside service for Hazel will be held in the Cromwell Cemetery, Cemetery Road on Friday, September 16, at 1.30pm. A big thank you for the care and support from the Longwood Rest Home team.
