ELLIS, Desmond Noel (Des).
Peacefully on March 4, 2020, at Te Hopai Home and Hospital, aged 94 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Val Ellis. Much loved father and father-in-law of Brent and Bernie and treasured by his extended family and many friends throughout his life. Special thanks to the incredibly caring staff at Te Hopai Home and Hospital who treated Des as part of their family. FERNS, John Bernard.
Died peacefully on February 29, 2020. Aged 96. Much loved husband of the late Lorna May Ferns and adored father and father-in-law of Maxine and Noel, Karen, Denise and Tim, Mike and Lucia, and much loved grandfather and great-grandfather. The family would like to thank the staff and management at Remuera Care for their exceptional care of our father throughout time, but particularly in his last few months. Born March 20, 1946. On Monday, March 2, 2020, unexpectedly, surrounded by her loving family, at Christchurch Hospital, aged 73 years. Loved wife of Graeme, cherished mum and mum-in-law of Malcolm, and Sandra and Arun, dearly loved nana of Thomas and Oliver, loved sister of Anne and Norman, and aunt of David and Alison. WILSON, Alistair Macgregor.
Peacefully with family at Southland Hospital, Invercargill, after a long and valiant battle, on Wednesday 4th March 2020. Aged 60 years. Loved husband of Cathie. Loved father and father in law of Michael and Marianne (Kapiti), Stephen and Jo (Oamaru). Loved Grampy of Keira and Maggie.
