BROWN, Alistair (Aly). Passed away peacefully at Hospice Southland, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. Aged 64. Much loved partner of Janene McIntyre. Loved father and father-in-law of Tiffany and Simon Mills (Cromwell), and Damon and Sarah (Gore). Loved Grandad of Riley, Tegan and Joshua; and Jessica. Beloved son of the late Angus and Margaret Brown, brother of Jude McEwan (London), Jillian Whyte (Perth), David, Heather Gregory, and Kate Coley, all of Auckland, and the late Allan and Murray. A loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. Loved member of the McIntyre family. A service to celebrate Aly’s life will be held at J Fraser and Sons chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, at 10.00am on Saturday, October 6, followed by a private cremation.
