On Thursday 30 July 2022; aged 17 years. Dearly loved daughter of Trinity and Ben, much loved sister of Zeth, and Azaria, loved and cherished grand-daughter of Roy and Georgina. A much loved niece, cousin and friend of many. A service to celebrate Kaia’s life will be held in the Invercargill Christian Centre, 165 Leet Street Invercargill on Friday 5 August at 1.00pm, private cremation to follow. HOOD, Diane Margaret (Di):
At her home in Ruakaka after a short illness, passed away truly peacefully, surrounded by those who love her, amid memories and laughter. 66 years young. Cherished mum to her girls Melanie and Bethany, loved Grandma of her beloved grandchildren. Dearly loved daughter of Ruby and Rex Sutherland, dearly loved sister of John and Brenda, Peter and Pauline, Julie and Neale. Loved and admired aunty and great-aunty of her nieces and nephews. Di has been privately cremated and her Invercargill family will celebrate her life at 15 Steel Road, Invercargill, on Sunday, August 7 at 11.00am. Anyone whose lives were touched by her are welcome to join us.

Loved mother and mother-in-law of Barry and Yuka, and Geoff. Loved nana of Nina and Kento. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Shirley Xuereb, Neville and Debbie Selbie, and Noel and Jenny Selbie. PRENTICE, Keith Stuart:
Passed away with family by his side, to be re-united with Myrtle on the third anniversary of her passing. Aged 101 years. Keith was a much loved Dad and father-in-law of James and Janyce (Gold Coast,) Judy and Pat Dunick (Ettrick), and Christine and John Agnew (Otatara). He was a very proud grandad of his seven grandchildren and was loved and adored by his 15 great grandies. Also, a much loved and special uncle to his nieces and nephews. The family would like to acknowledge the dedicated staff at Rowena Jackson Rest Home for the exceptional care Dad received over the past year. A service to celebrate Keith’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel 75 Fox Street Invercargill, on Friday 5th August at 1.30pm.
