COWLEY, Ian Roger (Roger).
Aged 85 years, of Invercargill. Passed peacefully on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. Dearly loved husband of Hazel, loved and respected father and father-in-law of Margaret and the late Christina, Graham and Megan, Neville and Kath. Loved Grandad of Eleanor, Loralei, and Scarlett. Loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Russell Cowley, Joan and the late George McKay; and of Bruce Edginton, Carol Edginton, and the late David Edginton. Loved uncle of Elizabeth and Craig Stoneman, David and Wendy McKay, Robert McKay, and their families. A service to celebrate Roger’s life will be held in First Presbyterian Church, Tay St, Invercargill, on Friday, May 24 at 11.00am, followed by interment at Eastern Cemetery. HENDERSON, Bruce.
At home on Tuesday, May 21, 2019; aged 82 years. Loved husband and best friend of Eileen. Much loved father and father-in-law of Alistair; Jill and Craig (Oz); Lindsay and Cristy; Sandra and Bryan. Loved Grandad Bruce of Abbey, Tom, and Maddie; Daniel, Rhys and Asha, and Connor; Campbell and Emma. Loved Great-Grandad of Lilly. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Judy and Philipp Stern; Rowena; Ruth and Peter Menlove. Also loved brother-in-law of Gordon and Anita Dickie. Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate the life of Bruce will be held in the Winton Presbyterian Church on Friday, May 24 at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation. HOGG, Ian Angus (Gus).
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 19, 2019, after a short illness, at Gore; aged 87 years. Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Sylvia (Pearl) Hogg for 66 years. Loved and treasured Dad and father-in- law of Cheryl and Neil, Stephen and Fliss, Grant* and Sharon, Joanne and Stephen, Ian and Toni, and Rosy, a beloved friend of the family. Much loved Grandad of Demelza, Shayne, Tracey, Kirstie, Julie, Michelle, Nathan, Justin, Ben, Michael, Nicole, Danielle, and Olivia, and his 13 great-grandchildren. Dearly loved son of Janet Begg* and Arthur Clarence * Hogg. Dearly loved brother of Marjorie* Luscombe, Joan Robinson, Leona Reynolds, Malcolm* Hogg, and Anita Norton. Much loved brother-in-law, and loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.
