BAIRD, Robert Charles “Weirdo”:
Of Otautau, passed suddenly on Saturday 13 May 2023, aged 66. Dearly loved husband of Judy. Adored and respected father and best mate, and father-in-law of Bobby and AJ. Dearly missed Grandad of Jayda and Frankie. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Erlene and Neil, Violet and Stephen, Chris, Keith and Delwyn, and Mana; Sally and Gary, Colin, Roger and Wilma, Colleen and Tony. A service to celebrate Roberts life will be held in Otautau Connect on Friday 19 May at 11am followed by interment at Otautau Cemetery. THORNE, Christine Elizabeth:
On Monday May 15, 2023. Surrounded by her loving family at Dunedin Hospital. Aged 56 years. Beloved daughter of Wendy and Dennis Thorne, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Dan and Grace, Steph and Ryan, Mark and Sophia, and TaylaTreasured Nan of Naomi, Howard, Finley and Charli. Sister and sister-in-law of Denise and Geof, Greg and Ange, Rob.
Resting in the everlasting arms of her Saviour and Lord.
A service to celebrate Christine’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr. Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, at 1.30pm, on Wednesday May 24. Then leaving for the Southland Crematorium.
