Peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, aged 75 years. Deeply cherished wife of late Lambert, and very much loved mother to Brian and Jane, Leonie, and Roxanna and Gene. She was adored by her grandchildren; Thelia and William, Alexis, and Gia, Beau, Alia and Rainen. Loved sister and sister-in-law to Vivienne and Ian, late Tony and Margaret and Michael, and late Joanne. Peacefully, on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Hospice Southland, in her 95th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Jack, much loved Mum and friend of Jim and Gwen (Wyndham), Elaine and the late Eddie (Wanaka), Ann (Dunedin), Stephen and Judy (Wyndham), Snow and Annie (Wyndham), John and Donna (W.A), and loved by her 19 grandchildren and 30.8 great-grandchildren. Aged 78 years, passed away peacefully at Hospice Southland on Monday, 14 March 2022. Gentle and loving husband of Irene (Wee girl), loved and respected father, of Sharon and Ross Burns (Queenstown), Stephen and Michelle Allison (Westport) Barry and Gillian Allison (Auckland) and Chris and Erna Allison (Rockhampton). Special Grandad Fred of Tamara, Callum, Blair, Ruby, Fergus and Jack. Loved Great Grandad Fred of Jett. Best mate of Jack Sheehan. Passed away at North Shore Hospital, on March 14, 2022, aged 87 years. Dearly loved husband of Patricia, much loved father and father-in-law of Donna and Owain Lloyd, treasured Grandad to Jacob and Benjamin. Loved brother of Elizabeth (Betty) Burns, Christine Robb, Suzanne and David Anderson, David (deceased) and Suzanne Wilkes. Brother-in-law to Judith Ellis, Kerry Clare, Robert and Isabel Robinson. Cherished cousin, uncle, friend and mentor to Keith, Andy, Sue, Paul, Greig, Christopher and many more who will miss him dearly. Fraser travelled the world widely during his long and adventurous lifetime, meeting and befriending so many who will miss his presence in their lives. He has friends everywhere who will be feeling his loss with great sadness, but knowing that he will be enjoying a G&T in their honour wherever he is. A service for Fraser will be held at The North Harbour Chapel of Dil’s, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany, on Monday, March 21, at 2.30pm. Vaccine passports will be required to attend this event.
