With love and fond memories the family remembers Robert whom died at home on June 12, 2022, aged 73 years. Forever loved husband and soulmate of Jackie. Loved and respected Dad to Angela, Tracey, Mark and father-in-law to Steve, Grant and Cushla. Fun loving Grandad to Hayden and James, Zac and Max, and dear brother of Jane.
A bravely fought battle
but the last mountain
was just too hard.
Returned Home to “Treliske” where he will be at Peace, amongst the Hills and Trees , he loved.
A Private Family Service has been held. The family sincerely acknowledges the caring service of the Roxburgh District nurses, (especially Michelle and Jane) Doctor (Ruth) and Otago Hospice. Donations in lieu of tributes to Otago Hospice would be gratefully appreciated.

On Tuesday June 14, 2022 at Rowena Jackson Village. Russ passed away aged 69 years. Dearly loved husband of Andree. Much loved father and father-in-law of Kate and Kylie Tiriaere, and Alex and Samantha. Proud Grandad of Madeline, George, Oliver and Cerys. A service for Russ will be held in the Waiau Room, Ascot Hotel, Invercargill, at 1.30pm, on Tuesday June 21. Private cremation thereafter. Passed away peacefully with family by his side, at Hospice Southland on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
Loved son of the late Isobel and Bernie Curry (late of Heriot). Loved father of Daniel (Australia) and dearly loved friend of Judy. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Anne and John Robertson, Patrick and Karen, Susan and Kim Booth. Loved uncle of Jamie and Rebecca, Natasha and Amanda and great-uncle of Kyrin, the late Hunter and Jackson.
