On Sunday, July 10, 2022, at Dunedin Hospital, aged 77 years. Loved and devoted wife of David, much loved mother of Robin and the late Marie (Mosgiel), Murray and Raewyn (Winton), special Grandma of Kate, Anna, and Luke; Jacob, Chloe, and Kimberley. ‘Absent from the body, present with the Lord’. A service to celebrate Doreen’s life will be held in Campbell and Sons Chapel, Gordon Road, Mosgiel, at 2.00pm, on Friday, July 15. Private Interment. Messages to 2A Dryden Street, Mosgiel 9024.
SMITH, Avis M:
Peacefully at Rowena Jackson Village, Invercargill, on Tuesday July 5, 2022. Aged 92 years. Loved wife of the late Ashley. Loved mother of Ross and Lyn Smith, Debra and Phil Wilkins, and Clinton Smith. Grandmother to Michelle and Bradley Wilkins and partner Rachel, Courtney Smith, Tony and Leigh Smith. A private family cremation has been held and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
