Tragically as a result of an accident at home on Tuesday 5 April 2022; aged 51 years. Dearly loved son of Lyn, and Bryan, loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Michael, and Vick and Paul Hayes, loved soulmate of Lesley, a loved uncle of his nieces and

1936 – 2022
Our dear old Maggie has gone to be with her beloved Tony. Originally from London and until recently, Te Anau. Proud mother of David, Simon and Memory, and Kate and Jackson. Surrounded by his family, Bill passed away after a courageous battle, leaving a huge hole in our hearts on Thursday, April 7, 2022. Cherished and adored husband of the late Coral (née Henderson). Dearly loved husband of Dawn McDonald. Devoted and cherished Dad of Steph & Geordie Duffy, Jo & Allan Rickard, Diana Evans & Regan Thompson, and the late Michelle Mitchell. Much Loved Mum and mother-in-law of Karen and Brian, Sue and Stan, Donna and Simon, Marama and Tony, Debbie and Greg, Tania and *Tony, David and Kirsty, and *Leeah. Peacefully with her loving family by her side on Thursday, 7th April 2022 in the care of Southland Hospital, aged 74 years. Loved and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Bruce*, Gavin and Natascha, Craig and Maricel, and Kylie and David Galbraith. Adored Nana of Matthew, Harriet, Jordan, and her fur babies. Loved sister and sister-in-law of David*, Anne* and Norman Marshall, James (Jim) and Vanessa Elliott, Karen and Peter Goodger, Francie and John Styles, and Edwin (Ed) and Joanne Elliott. Peacefully passed away in the wonderful loving care of the staff at Rowena Jackson Retirement Village, Invercargill on Wednesday 6 April 2022, aged 90 years. Dearly loved Mum of Ken, Rose, Catherine, Bruce, Shirley, Ronald, Maurice, and their partners. A cherished Grandma and GG of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jim and Gwen, Elaine, Ann, Stephen and Judy, Snow and Annie, John and Donna, and Betty’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren wish to express their sincere thank you to everyone that sent cards, flowers, food, and phone calls on the recent passing of Betty. We have been very humbled by your kind thoughts and sympathy. Thank you to the very caring and accommodating medical staff at Southland Hospital. The family realise it was difficult for you all in these trying times but appreciate your very compassionate care of Mum. A special thank you to the Hospice Staff who made our last few days and nights with Mum so precious.
