(Formerly of Charles Street, Invercargill). Passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family, at Summerset on Cavendish, Christchurch, on January 1, 2022, aged 87 years. Loved and devoted wife of the late Tom Dickson, Loved mother of Shona Pearce, and Neil Dickson (Jock), treasured grandmother, extended family member, and good friend to many. A small Private Service for Betty was held in Christchurch, with a Memorial Service being held in the Avenal Park Funeral Home Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Avenal, Invercargill, on Friday, January 14, at 1.00pm. Mum peacefully left us last evening to be with dad, she chose to go as mum would do, quietly on her own on Thursday 6th January 2022 at Bupa Longwood Care Home. Dearly loved wife of the late Bill for 63 years. Loved mother and mother-in law of Allan, Pam Moss and Stuart Macintosh (Christchurch), Debbie Clark, and Allison and Brent Heydon (Upper Hutt).
