The cards, the flowers, the food, and the visits have been truly amazing. Much loved wife of Sydney for 59 years, mother and mother-in-law of Mark and Judy, Conon and Deb, Rochelle and Geoff, and Sharyn, loved Nanny of Sam, Alysha, Jordan, Sam, Kathryn, Savannah, Mykelti, Matthew, Ben, Catherine and Joshua, much loved sister of Jim, Bart, Johnny, Joan, Pat, Colleen, Thomas, Maurice, Mary, Frank and Bryan, loved sister-in-law of Bruce, Jeffrey, Evan, Keith, Jillian and Ralph, and a lovely aunty to countless nieces and nephews. Passed peacefully, surrounded by family on Tuesday 25th October 2022, aged 77 years. Dearly loved husband of Marg. Father and father-in-law of Jill, Cheryl and Greg Price, and Greg and Jodi. Peacefully at Maniototo Hospital on Friday, October 28, 2022; aged 82 years (formally of Dunedin). Loved daughter of John* and Margaret* Skinner, wife of Wattie*, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Steve and Cheryl (Ranfurly), Ray and Sheryl (Dunedin), and Lauren and Geoff (Ranfurly), loved nana of Jack, Marc, Blake, and Hannah Cormack; Bradly Shaw; and Josh Hoad, loved sister and sister in law of Brian and Dawn (Invercargill), Joan and Mike (Dunedin), and Diane and Bill (Balclutha), and loved aunt of her nieces and nephews, a very special friend of Pauline and Chris Watts. GAZZARD, Mel (John Melville):
Sylvia, Nick, David and family would like to thank everyone for their help and support at the time of Mel’s sudden passing. A very special thanks to Mike and Maureen Hansen and Marie and Kim Wilkinson for their kind and caring support when we found Mel.Thank you to the St John Ambulance, the Fire Brigade and the Police who all made the situation easier to deal with.
