BLUE, Ian Royal Peacefully at Lister Home, Waimate, on Friday, December 21, 2018, aged 87 years. Loved husband of June for 66 years. A dearly loved father and father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather. A much loved brother and brother-in-law. Loved uncle of all his nephews and nieces. A private cremation has been held. BURT, Margaret Lesley. Margaret passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at Rose Lodge, Invercargill. Beloved wife of the late George, loved mum and mother-in-law of Sandy and John Steentjes, Sue and Koa Haurua, and Mike and Nora Burt. Loved Marnie of Georgie, Eve, and Sophie; Aaron, and Ginho; Jack, and Lance, and their partners. A loved great-grandmother.

FOSTER, William Henry (Bill). In his 95th year. On 19 December 2018 unexpectedly at Southland Hospital, dearly loved husband of Betty for 71 years, treasured dad of Evelyn, Ross and Helen, Raewyn and Alan, cherished grandad of Brett, Evette, Donna; Nicky, Clark, Rhys; Tineka, Jolene and their families. “Henry loved life with a twinkle in his eye until his last note.” A memorial service for Bill will be held in the Winton Senior Citizens Centre, John Street, Winton, on Friday 4 January 2019 at 1.30pm. HERRIDGE, Gavin Thomas. On December 12, 2018, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital, dearly loved husband of Raylene for 49 years, a much loved Gavin and father-in-law of Melissa and Glenn May, Darryl and Debbie, and loved grandad Gavin of Riley, Isabelle; Tessa, and Thomas. LAIRD, Grace Gladys (Gladys). Passed away peacefully at Windsor Park Care Home, on Thursday, December 20, 2018, in her 93rd year. Dearly loved daughter of *John and *Grace, loved sister and sister-in-law of *Marian and *Dave Paulin, *Paisley and *Dulcie, *Keith and *Raeburn, and *James. Loved aunty of Robert, Bruce and Glenyss, Graeme and Helen, Roger and Karen, a loved great-aunty of her nieces and nephews, and a loved friend of Jennifer. Gladys has been privately interred. TAYLOR, Barbara Winifred (nee Gillan). At Calvary Hospital on December 21, 2018, after a short illness.
