Peacefully at Bupa Ascot Care Home, on Friday 5 October 2018; in her 81st year. Loved youngest daughter of the late Marjory and James (Jim) Liddell. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Heather and Gary Drew (Perth, Australia), Irene and the late Barney, and the late Alma and Jimmy Carston, Andrew, Elda and Hardy McEwing, Neville, Zana and Eric Nee, John and Ellen, Wanda and Lex Greer, Betty and Doug Dunlop. An adored Aunt, Great and Great-Great Aunt. A service to celebrate Edna’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons’ Chapel, corner Esk and Doon Streets, at 2pm on Wednesday, 10 October, and then leaving for the Southland Crematorium. Passed away peacefully at home in Alexandra surrounded by her loving family. On Thursday, October 4, 2018, Aged 80 years. Dearly loved wife of Robin, much loved Mum of Alister (Alexandra), Susan and Steve Miller (Mandeville), Roger and Sue (Alexandra). Loved Grandma of John, Eve, Oliver, Elza, Jude, Timothy, Sam and Amy. Special thanks to Dr Penny Mitchell, and the district nurse and hospice teams who made it possible for Jenny to be at home. A service to celebrate Jenny’s life will be held at the Baptist Church, Gregg Street, Alexandra, on Monday, October 8, 2018 at 1.00pm, the funeral then leaving for the Alexandra Cemetery. PASK, Janet Rose (nee Williamson). Passed away peacefully with family by her side at St Allisa Lifecare, Christchurch, on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, aged 65 years. Beloved wife of Laurence (Laurie). Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Sarah and Phil, Felicity and Ali, Amanda and Chris. Much loved grandma of Ruby and Violet.
