On Friday, January 31, 2020, at Dunedin Hospital after a short illness; aged 82 years young. Dearly loved wife of Colin, amazing Mum to Andrew, and Julie, Super Star Grandma to Hamish, Logan, and Skyla, and a much loved sister of Oliver*, June*, Horace*, Lex*, Clarice, Thelma, Margaret, and Marion*. We will say goodbye to Ivory in the Salvation Army Corps, 160 Crawford Street, Dunedin at 1.30pm, on Wednesday, February 5, followed by private cremation. NZ 43544 LAC. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Southland Hospital on Friday 31 January 2020; aged 95 years. Loved husband of the late Gwendoline, loved father of Neil and the late Margaret and partner Jennie (Queenstown), and Malcolm (Invercargill), loved Grandfather of Samuel and partner Teri, and Great Grandfather of Kyran, Hunter and Ryan (Queenstown), loved Grandfather of Sarah Soper and Brent (Cromwell). Died peacefully on January 31, 2020 in Dunedin Hospital, after 96 full years. On February 1, 2020, peacefully, in the loving care at Yvette Williams Retirement Village, Dunedin; aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Richard Anthony, loved mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and Nyla, Donna, and Wayne and Marina, loved Gran of Rick, Lisa and Cody; Kyra and Steve, and Holly and Cam, and a loved Great-Grandma of James, Lucy, Autumn, Crystal, Aria, and Maddie. Maureen’s family would like to thank the staff and careers of the Special Care Unit at Yvette Williams for the care they showed to their Mum. Passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020 at Gore Hospital. Much loved husband and best friend of Noeline for 55 years. Much loved Dad, Pops, Poppa and Gdub of Kristine, Arie, Nicole, and Maci; Karen, Ewen, Liam, Jayden, and Brendan; Brent, Ginny, Nate, Isla, and Lily, and a dearly loved brother, brother-in-law and Uncle.
