On December 21, 2019, our mum passed away peacefully at Elmslie House, Wanaka. Aged 97 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Bill and the late Ian. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Erin, Maureen and Colin, Ann and Robert, the late Christopher, Maris and Billy and Janine. Loved grandmother of Bede, Courtney, Melanie and Charlotte, and loved great-grandmother of Matthew, Lucy, Hunter and Jack. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Elmslie House for their loving care, gentleness and professionalism. Special thanks to Kim for her constant kindness and compassion. In her 85th year, (unexpectedly but peacefully) in her sleep, on Saturday, December 21, 2019 in the loving care of all the staff at Parata Rest Home, Gore. Dearly loved wife of Herbie*. Loved and cherished mum of Thelma and George* Williams, Nancy and Max Stronach, and Sydney*. Treasured nana and great-nan of Cathryn, and Zane; Bevan and Hayley, and Natalie; Hayden*; Julian, Amanda and Owen, and a loved friend to many. A service for Hazel will be held in St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Ardwick Street, Gore, on Tuesday, December 24 at 11.00am, leaving thereafter for Charlton Park Cemetery. It is with much sadness the family share the news of Brian’s passing on Sunday, December 22, 2019. Loved husband of the late Yvonne. Dearly loved father, father-in-law and Grandad of Craig and Valmai, Lachlan and Lea-Reneé (Rotorua); Calum and Vanessa, Josh and Sarah, Jamie, Kimberley and Karli; Josette, Cameron and Nicholas Stanley (Australia).
