O’SULLIVAN, James Vincent (Jimmy). Peacefully on Sunday, 30th September 2018 in the care of Vickery Court Rest Home, Invercargill. Dearly loved husband of Gaynor. Loved brother & brother-in-law of Molly*, Pat* & Moya*, John* & Noeline, Dan* and brother-in-law of Beverley & Brian*, Ann & Alister, Mary & Richard, Patrick & Lynley, and Erin & Dave. A loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. R.I.P. A Requiem Mass will be held in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, North Road, Invercargill on Wednesday, 3rd October at 1:30pm, the Mass will conclude with the burial at the Eastern Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited in the Church on Tuesday, 2nd October at 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Southland would be appreciated and may be left at the service. HORRELL, Beatrice Mary (Betty). Passed away peacefully after a long illness, in Wanganui, on Sunday, September 23, 2018. Much loved wife of (the late Ivan), loving mother of Sandra, (the late) Ken, (the late) Bryon, Donna, and Stephen. Loved mother-in-law of Anne, Tee Jay, and (the late) Shirley, much loved Nana and great-Grandmother of their children.

ROWLANDS, Gwenda Margaret (nee Manson). Aged 87. At Christchurch, after a brief illness. Formerly of Wanaka and Arrowtown. Loved daughter of the late Julia and William Manson, widow to the late Alan Rowlands. Loved and treasured mother and mother-in-law to Lindsay (Auckland), Marty (Dunedin), Deirdre (Waimate), and Nicky and Wayne (Leeston). Dearly loved Gran to Julia and David Smith, Nick and Jane Pollard, James Pollard, Sarah and Fin McRae, Stephanie Watson, Amber and Matthew Wadsworth, Ginny and Seth Mischeski, Jade Watson, Natalie Rowlands, Tom Rowlands, Jared Rowlands, and great-Gran to Christopher, Jake and Mathew, Annaleise, Jaxson and Brandon, and Travis. Loyal friend to many, lifetime member of Wanaka Art Society and NZ Forest and Bird.

A Service to celebrate Gwenda’s life will be held at Leeston Life Church, 2 Station Street, Leeston, on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 1.30pm, followed by a Wanaka graveside service on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 1.00pm.
