Passed away after a long hard fought courageous battle on Friday, June 14, 2019, at Windsor Park Care Home, Gore. Dearly loved wife of the late Ben Apeldoorn. Deeply loved Mum of Jacqui (Oxford), the late Mark, Maxine (Timaru), Terrene (Timaru), Tasha (Gore). Much loved Nana of all her grandchildren and Oma of all her great-grandchildren. A service for Patti will be held in the Balfour Bowling Club, Kruger Street, Balfour, on Tuesday, June 18 at 1.30pm, then leaving for the Balfour Cemetery. BUCHANAN, Elsie Elizabeth Esther.
Passed away peacefully on Friday, June 14, 2019, in the care of Rowena Jackson Retirement Village, aged 93 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Lynn and John Frew and Albert and Lynda. Loved Grandma of Julian, Omea, Nicola, Lana, Michael, and Erin, and loved Great-Grandma of her 7 great-grandchildren. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Coral* and Jack* Anderson, Blake and Margaret McDowall and the Buchanan family. Long time friend of Eric’s family Stuart, Anne and Jessica, and Dayle and Angela. Loved Nana Pam to Paige and Jordyn; whose happy faces have cheered these final weeks.
