Peacefully with her loving family by her side at Southland Hospital on Saturday, 15th February 2020, in her 88th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Joe. Loved Mum of Suzanne (Sue), Peter*, Jill, Robynne and Simon, and Jo and Murray. Loved Grandmother/Nana of Chad, Whitney, Alex, Melissa, Josh, Kealey, Ethan and great Grandmother of Penny, Corbin, Salem, and Eva. Loved sister of Irene and a loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Mae’s life will be held in the Riverton Union Church, Palmerston Street, Riverton on Tuesday, 18th February at 2:00pm, the cortagé will be leaving immediately for the interment at the Riverton Cemetery. KENNEDY, Owen (Steven).
It’s with heavy hearts and lots of tears, that Adrianne, Tarryn, Antony and Harry, Adam, Alana, Madisyn and Ryley wish to advise that our beloved Steven died suddenly and unexpectedly while doing what he loved, working with his animals on his much-loved hill. Dearly loved fellow adventurer of Shelly and Alister and mischief leader of Emma and Toby. We also wish to include his parents Noelene, *Owen Kennedy, brother *John and extended family in announcing our loss. He was an adored son-in-law of *Ethel and *Angus Adams. A celebration of Steven’s life will be held at Ascot Park Hotel in Invercargill on Thursday, February 20, at 1.30pm. Followed by private cremation. MARSH, Fiona Helen.
Born March 14, 1950, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 14, 2020, after a short battle with cancer. Fiona was the daughter of the late Jack and Barbara Marsh. Fiona will be sorely missed by her children Paul, Dave, and Rachelle McKeown; her grandson Zac Preston; her sisters Heather Anderson and Jillian Madgwick; and her extended family and many loving friends. Eileen’s family wish to announce to all family and friends that Eileen passed away peacefully at Ranui Rest Home and Hospital on February 14, 2020, two weeks short of her 96th Birthday. Eileen was the dearly loved wife of the late William Anthony Oswald (Bill). Loved and loving mother of Anne and Geddes Thompson (Outram), Geoffrey and Viv Oswald (Dunedin), Gabrielle and Stuart Geddes (Alexandra). Treasured and loving Grandmother of Margot and Malo (Christchurch), Kate and Israel Butson (Dunedin), Amy and Alan Peters-Oswald (Queensbury), Belinda and Mike Nicholls (Brisbane), Eve and Ray (Melbourne), Becky and Mason (Dunedin), Livi and Stephen (Clinton), Callum (Auckland), Lucy (Dunedin), and Finn (Dunedin). Adored and very proud Great-grandmother of Joseph, William, Florence and Primrose Butson, and Ava and Alex Peters-Oswald.
