18/10/1973 – 11/12/2020 Suddenly at Southland Hospital on Friday, 11 th December 2020. Dearly loved partner of Dawn, loved father of Anton, and Rebecca and Great Grandad of Ella-Rose, and Lily. Dearly loved son of Joan and John* Fitzgerald, brother to Simon, nephew to Nicholas, loved friend of Dean and Georgia, Kevin, and of Hugh Robertson (Roxburgh). A graveside service will be held at the Eastern Cemetery, Invercargill on Thursday, 17 th December at 11:00am. O’NEILL, Douglas George (Pop):
Passed away peacefully at the Maniototo Rest Home, Ranfurly, on Friday, December 11, 2020, in his 92nd year. Cherished father of Marie MacLean, Walter and Jo O’Neill, and loved Pop of Jane and Phil, John and Jen, Millie Rose, Harvey, and great-grandson Oakley.
“Pop has ridden his last race.”
A celebration service for Pop will be held in The Orchard Gardens, 576 Dunstan Road, Alexandra, on Wednesday, December 16, at 2.30pm, followed by private cremation. Special thanks go to David and Edna McAtamney, Dr Verne Smith, Rebecca Crawford and all the staff at the Home. Thanks also to the Ranfurly community who have looked out for Doug over the years. SANDRI, Lance Arnold (Arnie):
Peacefully on December 13, 2020; aged 87 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Lesley, much loved father of Mark, Kerry, Carmelle, Nigel, and Patrice, and their partners, and a much loved grandad. Special thanks to the staff of Kimberley Rest Home, Palmerston for their love and care. At Arnie’s request a private cremation has been held. Messages to 217 King Street, Temuka 7920.

SINCLAIR, Alice (formerly of Browns):
Peacefully at Southland Hospital surrounded by her family. Aged 88. Loved wife of the late Ewen. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Gary & Faye (Riverton), Billy & Karen (Onewhero), Annette & David Edgley (Cromwell), Brian & Heather (Te Anau), Murray & Lyndal (Browns), Tony (Tonk) & Alison (Winton), Graeme & Tracey (Ecuador). Special Nana of 18 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. Loved sister and sister-in-law of the Rae & Sinclair families. Loved Aunty of all her nieces & nephews. A service to celebrate the life of Alice will be held in the Winton Salvation Army Centre, Dejoux Road on Tuesday 15 December at 1.30pm, followed by a private cremation. WILSON, Audrey Anne Elizabeth (nee Hoey):
Passed peacefully on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Christchurch Hospital, aged 66 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Walter (Wally). Much loved and treasured beautiful Mum of Walter, Audrey, and Shanley. A loved mother-in-law of Jen, Neil, and Alicia. Amazing, bubbly, outgoing Nana of Jessica (Invercargill), Lana (Perth), Zoe, Roy, and Elizabeth. Treasured sister of Yvonne and family. Audrey will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends. A special “Thank You” to all the Doctors and nurses at Christchurch Hospital for their wonderful care of Audrey.
