Loved husband of the late Sue and the late Lorna (McPhee) loved father and father-in-law of Bill (Invercargill), Jim and Yvonne (Gore), Doug and Juile (Brisbane) Graeme and Raewyn (Gore) Andy and Andrea (Gore) and the late Catherine. Loved Pop of his 25 grandchildren and Big-Pop of his 32 great-grandchildren. A service for Lloyd will be held at the Gore Town and Country Club Stadium, Berry Street, Gore. Of Wyndham and formerly Northland. On Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Peacehaven Rest Home Invercargill, aged 81 years. Wife of the late Jim, loved mother of Katrina and Mark, the late Stuart and Paula. Our dear old Maggie has gone to be with her beloved Tony. Originally from London and until recently, Te Anau. Proud mother of David, Simon and Memory, and Kate and Jason. In his 85th year, formerly of Wallacetown and Queenstown, passed peacefully at Southland Hospital on Saturday 9 April, 2022. Loved only son of the late Mona and Henry (Harry). Dearly loved and respected friend of Bryan Dunlop, and loved member of the extended Dunlop family. Cherished mate of Chris Irwin and many others. Grateful thanks to the staff of Ascot Bupa Care Home for their wonderful care, and the staff of the Medical Ward at Southland Hospital. A servce to celebrate Brian’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons’ Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill on Thursday 14 April at 2pm followed by interment at Eastern Cemetery. A service to celebrate Gwen’s life will be held at 27 Shanks Rd, Tuturau, on Wednesday, April 13, at 1.30pm, followed by private cremation.
