In his 71st year. (Peacefully) on Wednesday 25 March 2020 in the arms of his loving wife, friend and soul mate Louisa at their home, Gore. Fantastic loving and well respected dad and father-in-law of Vaughan and Nicola, Shelley and Kelvin, and Reece, Loved stepdad of Tracey, Richard and Jude, Doug and Kaila. Much loved grandad of Cain, and Sage; Patrick, and Sophie; Hayley, and Travis; Jorja, and Bree. Loved brother-in-law of Robert and Jenny. Loved friend of Linda, and special friend of Mitzy his beloved cat. “Gone to the great drag strip in the sky” A private cremation will take place, due to the Covid-19 restriction a memorial service for Russell will be held at a later date, details to be advised. INDER, Frederick Hugh (Fred):
Of Te Anau. After a long courageous battle Fred passed away in the skilled care of Albany House Rest Home, Gore, on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, aged 90 years. Dearly loved husband of Alva (nee Horrell) for 68 years, loved and respected Dad of Terry and the late Clare, Viv and Graham Tamblyn, Garry and Tracy, a proud Grandad of Zane and Ash, Lang and Sarah; Andre and Mike Johnston, Sean Tamblyn; Josh, Brad and Amanda, and special great-Grandad “Fred” to Brodie, Chanel, Riley, Lachie, and Brayden. Admired brother-in-law of Eva Evans and Islay Smart. Close friend of Stella, Jan and John, staff of Inderland Services (Waikaka and Gore). SHARP, Craig Graham:
Peacefully, after a courageous struggle, on Thursday, March 26, 2020, aged 44 years. Loved husband and best friend of Maree, outstanding Dad of Erika, Nathan, Brooke, and Ryan, treasured son of Lyn, and Graham and Elza, best brother of Keli and Allan Brunton, loved grandson of Isobel Sharp, loved as a son by Lesley and Michael Haar, loved brother-in-law of Keith and Cheryl Deans, the late Vicki Haar, Karen Henderson, Stephen and Sarah Haar, Phillip and Kim Haar, and loved by his nieces and nephews.
