(Retired Teacher), Peacefully in the care of Vickery Court with her loving family at her side, on Tuesday 19 July 2022; aged 92 years. Dearly loved and devoted wife of the late Bill. Dearly loved Mum of Ian and Lynette (Wanaka), the late Barbara, Donald, Dick and Judy (Queenstown), Jill and Stu (Alexandra). Much loved and adored Grandma of Kate and Stu, Nicola and Simon, Tim and Chrissy, Emma; Craig and Stacey, Ben and Tiahna; and Jessica, a much loved Great Grandma of Hudson, Arlo; Charlotte, Hamish; Ivy, and Georgie, loved sister-in-law of Liz and families. A memorial service to celebrate Jeanette’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street Invercargill on Saturday 23 July at 11.00am. Suddenly, at home, on Tuesday, July 19, 2022; aged 88 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ray Millow, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Wayne and Liz, Lynn and Tony Slobbe, beloved Nanna of Anna and Aidan. Joyce was a Lifetime member of the Southland Croquet Association. A service for Joyce will be held in J Fraser and Sons’ Chapel, Cnr Esk and Doon Streets, at 1.30pm on Tuesday, July 26, followed by interment at Eastern Cemetery. Masks requested to be worn, please.

Of Millers Flat. Passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 20, 2022; Aged 80 years. Dearly loved husband of Jeanette, loved father to Angela and Glen. Loved Dougie of his grandchildren. Loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Cliff and Lynnette, Winnie and Russell; Joan, Bill, Carol, and Jeff and Sue. A loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. A celebration of Doug’s life will be held in the Millers Flat Hall, 1665 Teviot Road, Millers Flat, on Monday, July 25, at 1.30pm, followed by interment in the Millers Flat Cemetery.
