ATLEY Heather Jean (McDougall). On 18th October 2018 peacefully at Calvery, surrounded by family, aged 75 years. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Bob for 49 years. Cherished and much loved mother and mother-in-law of Tamara, Kristian and Hayley. Much adored Grandmother of George, Emelia, Joshua, Jessie, Noah, and Faith. Special thanks to all the amazing staff at Calvery Rest Home for the love and kindness shown to Heather. VEINT, Douglas Leslie, (Doug). Suddenly at Southland Hospital on 17 October 2018, aged 72years. Beloved husband of Linda. Loved father and father-in-law of Lorraine and Tony Robinson (Chch), Barbara Veint and Shayne Stirling (London), Janine and Pete Little (Invercargill). Loved Grandad/Douglas/G-Dawg of Korrie, and Chloe; Alyssa, and Max, and step Grandad of Levi, and Jasmine. A service to celebrate Doug’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox St, Invercargill on Tuesday 23 October, at 1pm, followed by interment at the Eastern Cemetery, Rockdale Road, Invercargill.
