SOPER, Honora Patricia (Nonie). Mum passed very peacefully at Southland Hospital on Friday 1st June 2018, in her 83rd year. Dearly loved wife and best friend of the late Aubrey. Loved and adored mother & mother-in-law of Keith & April, Errol & Jenny, Trevor & the late Brent. Loved and amazing nana to Grant, Joanne, Michael, Quinton, Caleb, Ashleigh, Wiremu, Destiny and Dharleen. Loved great nana to Jacinta, Kain, Bonnie & Aubrey. A loved aunty to all her nephews & nieces.

PADGET, Lorraine Dawn 14.2.1948 Suddenly at Southland Hospital on Friday 1 June 2018. Dearly loved wife of Frank, and the late Graeme Paulin, loved Mum of Maria and Kerry, Troy and Kristal, Juan and Nicola, and loved Nana and Great Grandmother. VAUGHAN, Joanne Shirley (Jo) (nee Price). Peacefully after a courageous battle on Thursday, 31 May 2018 in the care of Hospice Southland with her loving family by her side.  A loved cherished and best friend of her two children; Larissa, and Connor and Omen.  Loved youngest daughter of Gordon and Shirley (Winton). Loved sister and sister in law of Lynda-Marie and Colin, Michelle and Malcolm, Brendan and Tui, and Alistair.  Loved aunt of all her nieces and nephews.  Loved best and closest friend of Rae, Candy, Jane, Dayle, Dot, Stacy, and Lyall.  Jo will be resting at 143 Ward Street until her service which will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street on Wednesday, 6th June at 1:00pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Southland would be appreciated and may be left at the service.  Messages to 1 Alexander Avenue, Invercargill.

RUSSELL, Kathleen Beatrice (Kathy). Suddenly at Southland Hospital on Wednesday the 30th May 2018, with family by her side. Aged 78 years. Wife of the late Trevor Russell. Loved partner of the late Lance Lockyer. Loved mother and mother in law of the late Nathan, Nigel, Tracey and Peter Shirley. Loved nana Russell of Brenden and James Shirley. A service to celebrate Kathy’s life will be held in the Lindisfarne Community Church, cnr of Lindisfarne and Millar Sts on Wednesday the 6th June 2018 at 1.30pm, followed by an interment at the Eastern Cemetery. GUMPATZES, Joanne Margaret. Of Wanaka. Passed peacefully at home in the arms of her family on May 29, 2018. Much loved partner of Brett, adored super mother of Zoe and the late Julz, very special daughter of Judy and Gerald (Dunedin), and loved sister of the late Simon, cherished whanau and friend to everyone. Loved granddad and pop of Diane and Craig, Barry and Donna, Bradley and Jo, Jeremy and Di, Megan and Nathan, Brett and Hannah, Shirley and David, and Bill and Tanya, and all his great-grandchildren.
