Fire Service Called to Fire in Park on Ythan Street

A Fire and Emergency spokesperson confirmed they received a call at 6:29pm regarding a suspicious vegetation fire on Ythan street.

Two fire engines were sent to extinguish a small fire in trees at a park on Ythan street, with minimal damage to the trees and bushes. Ythan street was closed for a short time while the fire was put out.
