Gore Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, 22 November 2023, on Wyndham Road, Tuturau. The accident involved a single vehicle, and sadly, the sole occupant was found deceased.

In a related appeal, authorities are seeking sightings of a 1991 Black Mazda 323 Sedan, registration PZ3414. This vehicle was last seen traveling on a backroad between Mataura and Wyndham around the same time as the crash.

Witnesses or anyone with information are urged to contact Police at 105 or to provide anonymous tips through Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111, quoting file number 231122/8149.
