Fashion, Food, and Fun for Ladies at Winton’s Duck Shooting Opening Weekend

The duck-shooting season kicks off on Saturday – and the girls won’t miss out when Winton hosts a Fashion and Food Extravaganza just for them.
Spokesperson and fashion stylist Mary Witsey said duck shooting weekend was normally a time for the boys – but this year was going to be different.
“Winton is really turning it on for the ladies – with almost the whole town getting involved in a Fashion and Food Extravaganza – offering duck shooting discounts and specials across the day – and we’re inviting Southland ladies to be part of the fun.
“Everyone is going quackers in Winton! It’s going to massive and it’s the perfect opportunity to get a group of girls together, head to Winton, shop the fashion, footwear, and jewellery specials – and then enjoy fabulous coffee and food.
“Everything is located within walking distance along Winton’s Great North Road – so it’s a wonderful opportunity to catch up with friends, enjoy the fashion and treat yourselves to coffee, or lunch.”
Mary had coordinated a huge Duck Shooters Widows’ Designer Clothing Sale.
“It’s the fourth year of our sale, which includes new and gently pre-loved designer labels – and my goodness, the quality and the prices this year are phenomenal. We’re open from 10-5pm at Mrs Tradies premises.
“Meanwhile, Winton’s wonderful boutique retailers have also jumped on board with duck-shooting treats galore.
“The Designer Bank Winton has fabulous one day instore specials and sale racks,With Grace has 10 percent off store-wide, Lace Ups has duck-shooting footwear discounts and Country Jewel has some unique jewellery specials – and all shops are open till 3pm.
“Winton’s newest cafe experience Blatch Brothers Eatery and Store is open from 8-3pm, Flourish Cafe is also open with duck shooting treats and Winton’s Middle Pub has food and a pop-up market.
