Now is your chance to get into town and have a look at the latest plans for the Esk Street Mall redevelopment, part of the CBD revitalisation planned by Invercargill City Council. You have until 5pm Friday 13th June to see the plans are on display at shop 9 Cambridge Place Arcade, with staff to help answer questions and hear your feedback.

Craig Pocock from Pocock Design explains that by adding pocket parks in what is current bare/baron space on Esk Street Mall it will create more of a shopper friendly feel and the big plus is no car parks will be removed. By adding covered areas also makes things more of a place to mingle and meet.
