Last Thursday we were invited to the launch of an art exhibition by Invercargill local artist Dwayne Carey at the Super Framers & Bank Art Gallery.
Dwayne has imagined & fictionalised the characters that he sees making the cut and becoming the universe’s new explorers.
About the art?
Each with their own issues; addictions, personality traits and mental illness, some of these woman are beating their problems and some are still struggling. Will they beat all their demons before the big launch?
Will they shake them off completely or will they harness some of that bad baggage away for the day they’re on Mars?
